This is a huge house being built in Middletown, Rhode Island.
Our contract consists of the cabinets and built-in cabinets.
The house is approx. 8,700 sqft. It has the following rooms with cabinets:
Basement: Basement Bar, Laundry Room, Wine, Finished Storage, Bonus Room.
First Floor: Great Room, Mud Storage 1, Mud Storage 2, Utility Room, Study, Study Credenza, Study Bath, First Floor Powder, Desk Nook 1, and Desk Nook 2.
Second: Master Bedroom, Master Bath Vanity, Master Bath Cubbies, Master Vestibule, Her Closet (1200 sqft), His Closet, Guest Room Built-In, Guest Room Vestibule, Guest Bath Vanity, Garage Bath Vanity.
This project requires us to travel back and forth to complete. Logistics and time management was very crucial. I was responsible for having the required tools, equipments, materials, and supplies to get the job done. Also, researched local vendors for materials and tools for most efficient cost effectiveness for the company. We worked on average 12 hours a day, even through the weekends, to complete this massive project because we would only be there for a week at a time or even less. This project is scheduled to be completed by Christmas 2013.
