I will be building an ottoman this year for a friend for Christmas, and will have it complete by December 7th. I have so many things with work that is taking most of my time and traveling to and from Rhode, Island is also time consuming and haven't spent much time in the shop.
It will be a plush leather ottoman and the dimensions are fairly large at 48" x 48" and 22" tall.
Update:
Due to busy schedule with work and the Holidays, I have ordered red vinyl leather material and 2" thick density foam today. Will be shipping from Florida so I am expecting the material to arrive Friday or at the latest Monday.
If it arrives Monday then I will have to postpone my original deadline to Dec. 18th or 19th.
I will have photos of the frame this week for sure.
